Kaiseki Cuisine -- Traditional Japanese cuisine
Sosaku Kaiseki Cuisine, served in western style dining room, is made with abundance of Japanese Beef (Kuroge Wagyu), a variety of fresh vegetables and seafood from season to season.
Dishes are served fresh from the open style kitchen.
Desserts are served in buffet style or by a serving cart.

Sumibiyaki Kaiseki Cuisine includes Japanese Beef (Kuroge Wagyu) and fresh seafood as well as a seasonal hot pot dish.
Private dinning rooms are furnished with a sunken Japanese kotatsu table which has a heater underneath. Guests can enjoy dinner in a cozy ambience.
